Update the schema of CredentialIssuerConfig
...
- Move the current info from spec to status
- Add schema for new stuff that we will use in a future commit to status
- Regenerate the generated code

Update a CRD validation
...
- Allow both http and https because a user using `kubectl proxy` would
want to use http, since the proxy upgrades requests from http to https

Move LoginDiscoveryConfig to the crds.placeholder.suzerain-io.github.io group
...
- Also includes bumping the api and client-go dependencies to the newer
version which also moved LoginDiscoveryConfig to the
crds.placeholder.suzerain-io.github.io group in the generated code
