Matt Moyer	71850419c1	Overhaul pinniped CLI subcommands. ... - Adds two new subcommands: `pinniped get kubeconfig` and `pinniped login static` - Adds concierge support to `pinniped login oidc`. - Adds back wrapper commands for the now deprecated `pinniped get-kubeconfig` and `pinniped exchange-credential` commands.
