Andrew Keesler	03806629b8	Cleanup code via TODOs accumulated during token endpoint work ... We opened https://github.com/vmware-tanzu/pinniped/issues/254 for the TODO in dynamicOpenIDConnectECDSAStrategy.GenerateToken().
